Under the terms of Article 13 of legislative decree 30 june 2003, no. 196., (”Code for the Protection of Personal Data”):

We inform you that personal data requested at the membership application will be processed by Gruppo Andidero Finanziario Immobiliare s.r.l. for the purposes strictly necessary and related to the registration and the use of the service.

1. Treatment Modality - Your personal data will be processed on paper and electronic format, using manual and computerized tools, adopting appropriate measures to ensure security and confidentiality of data. Your data will not be disclosed to other parties or in any way will be spread; they will be brought to the attention, as managers, only of Gruppo Andidero Finanziario Immobiliare s.r.l., as well as of individuals designated by those managers as their representatives.

2. The treatment-owner - The treatment-owner of personal data is Gruppo Andidero Finanziario Immobiliare s.r.l.. The processing responsible is dr. Roberto Celi. With registered offices in Via Dante, no. 87, 70122 Bari.

3. Rights of interested parties - At any time, towards those subjects, you may exercise your rights under Article 7 of legislative decree 196/03, including the right to obtain what follows: confirmation of the existence of your personal data with the possibility to know its origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating or rectification; moreover, you may request the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data treated in violation of the law and oppose at any rate, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
